How We Work

Engagement terms

Clear, predictable terms that keep projects moving without bureaucratic friction.

Minimum engagement

$2,500 floor. Smaller jobs accepted at this minimum — single integration or discovery only.

Payment

Project totals due in full upon signing. Retainers billed monthly in advance.

Payment method

ACH or wire transfer only.

Timeline

Four weeks standard for projects under $20,000. Larger projects scheduled during discovery.

Discovery required over $20K

Discovery is $2,000 and credits in full toward implementation if signed within 30 days.

Scope changes

Additional line items added at any time at sheet rates. No formal change order required.
